Dropped Doramas Part 1

Berikut ini adalah beberapa dorama yang aku drop!

1. Mei-chan No Shitsuji (2009)

 

Synopsis

The story revolves around a young woman named Mei, who was rescued as a young girl by someone calling himself her "butler." With only a vague memory, though, the experience seems like just a dream. But one day, after her parents' accidental death, he appears: Rihito comes from a line of outstanding butlers, and he has been appointed to serve her! Now her ordinary life has completely flipped, as she discovers that she's actually the heiress to a fortune, and is forced to transfer to St. Lucia Girls' Academy, where all the students have butlers! As a result, her childhood friend Kento decides to enroll in a butler school so that he can stay close to her. --dramawiki

Karena lagi pengen nonton yang lucu, akhirnya milih dorama ini. Liat ratingnya tinggi dan dinobatkan sebagai Best Drama, plus ada Mizushima Hiro pula. Walaupun kurang suka sama Eikura Nana yang jadi main cast di sini. Ekspektasi udah tinggi banget, nih eh.. ternyata ini dorama gajes abis, nggak ada satu adegan pun yang berhasil membuatku tersenyum, apalagi tertawa. Sigh!! 

Belum lagi formulanya mirip-mirip Hanakimi (yang herannya bisa sukses bikin perutku sakit ketawa mulu nontonnya) dan Ouran High School Host Club. Adegan-adegannya tuh udah lebay, dipaksakan lagi! Udah gitu alur ceritanya pun udah ketebak banget, sih! Dan akhirnya dengan susah payah aku menghabiskan episode perdananya. Biar dibilang Best Drama sekalipun, kalo selera udah nggak bisa kompromi lagi, apa boleh buat... DROP!!

2. Hanazakari no Kimitachi e (2011)

Synopsis
Based on a popular comic, this hilarious comedy follows the chaos, troubles and friendship at a boys' boarding school after a girl-disguising-a-boy joins. Ashiya Mizuki has just come back to Japan from California where she was raised. She fell in love with Sano Izumi, a hopeful high jump hero, who has quit after an accident. As she wants him to go back to the sport once again, she enters the same high school as a boy! With a short hair, flattened chest and lowered voice, she starts sharing the same room with Sano. --dramawiki

Penasaran aja gimana, sih remake Hanakimi 2007 yang fenomenal itu. Settingannya agak dibuat sedikit beda di sini. Kalo versi 2007, Ohsaka Gakuen adalah sekolah elit, justru versi 2011 sebaliknya. Osaka Gakuen digambarkan sebagai sekolah yang bangunannya rusak disana-sini. Para pemainnya hanya beberapa yang ku kenal seperti Nakamura Aoi, Miura Shohei dan Kiriyama Renn. Yang jadi Mizuki malah aku nggak kenal, ternyata salah satu member AKB48. Pantesan aja nggak tau!  Soal akting pun, masih jauh diatas standar versi 2007, masih banyak yang malu-malu. Mungkin karena pemainnya rata-rata para aktor/aktris baru kala itu. Udah gitu juga nggak ada yang benar-benar ikemen kayak versi 2007! Dan tragisnya lagi, nggak kocak sama sekali! Sumpah, deh nggak ada yang bikin aku sampe ketawa ngakak kayak nonton yang versi 2007. Cuma cengar-cengir nggak jelas, doank! Bikin dorama remake dari sebuah dorama yang sukses, adalah suatu kesalahan besar kalo nggak didukung oleh para pemain yang jauh lebih bagus dan script yang lebih baik dari versi originalnya. What a waste!! Sorry, I have to drop watching this in first episode!

3. Saki (2013)

Synopsis

Saki works as a nurse at the pediatrics department of a general hospital. The young patients and all men love her because of her angelic smile, her perfect cooking skills, and the sheer beauty she radiates in everything she does. However, none of them knows of her amazing ability to ruin other people’s lives while keeping her hands clean all the time. Her targets this time are the reporter of a major magazine (Miura Shohei) who is searching for his older sister, a famous lawyer (Hagiwara Masato) who is fighting for justice, and her main target – the devoted husband and board chairman of said hospital, played by Takashima Masanobu. Hamada Naomi (Uchida Yuki)is a female reporter who becomes suspicious of Saki’s behavior. --tokyohive

Sebelumnya aku sempat memposting tentang dorama ini di sini. Di situ aku bilang aku pending menontonnya, tapi selang waktu berlalu sekian lama, aku masih nggak berniat melanjutkan menonton dorama ini. Dan akhirnya aku memutuskan untuk men-drop dorama ini!.

4. Kakusho (2013)

 

Synopsis

Akiho Takeda (Eikura Nana) is assigned to #3 investigation team for The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. On her first day at work, a burglary takes place at a jewelry store in Shibuya. The case though is taken by the #1 investigation team which Akiho hoped to join. Nevertheless, Akiho goes secretly to the jewelry store where the theft took place. There she sees a man with piercing eyes among the onlookers. That man is veteran detective Shuichi Hagio (Takahashi Katsumi), who also works for the #3 investigation team. They become partners and work together.

Later, a safe at a jewelry store in Roppongi is broken into. The safe breaking case is assigned to the #3 investigation team. Shuichi and Akiho go to the jewelry store in Roppongi. They learn that the safe was protected by a secret code and a high tech fingerprint authentication system. Stolen from the safe is the diamond called "Besu". The "Besu" is one of three diamonds that makes up the "Kuraida Family's Three Sisters". The other two diamonds are "Ani" and "Kyasari". The diamond "Ani" was stolen from the jewelry store in Shibuya, that occurred a few days earlier. Several people believe the two diamond thefts were done by the same person(s), but Akiho mentions the techniques used by thieves are different. Yet, Akiho believes there must be a connection between the two cases. --Asianwiki

Serial detektif lagi? Apa bedanya dari yang udah-udah? 
Begitulah kira-kira pertanyaan yang melintas di benakku waktu baca sinopsisnya, sampe akhirnya nekat nyobain, nih dorama. Bisa dibilang detektif yang jadi peran utama di sini, Akiho Takeda (Eikura Nana) dan Shuichi Hagio (Takahashi Katsumi) adalah detektif kelas 3 yang tugasnya hanya mengusut tindak kriminal kecil seperti pencurian. Padahal aku udah ngikutin dorama ini sampe episode 3, tapi akhirnya aku nyerah juga. Nonton ini terasa flat aja gitu, nothing's special! Another dropped Eikura Nana's dorama!!

5. Tokyo Toy Box (2013)

Synopsis

Tsukiyama Hoshino was being harassed by her boss at the big consulting firm she worked at, and thus she decided to quit her job and join "Studio G3", a gaming company in Akihabara led by Tenkawa Taiyo. For Taiyo, there is nothing on his mind other than creating the perfect game. Although Hoshino is a bit put off by Taiyo's attitude in the beginning, she is soon influenced by his passion for game creation. --dramawiki

Ide ceritanya, sih lumayan unik sebenarnya, tentang seorang pemuda yang terobsesi membuat sebuah game yang perfect. Nggak pernah, sih aku nonton dorama kayak gini. Mirip tokusatsu sekilas, sih! Tapi karena pengeksekusiannya kurang mantap, jadinya nggak begitu mengena cerita di episode perdana ini. Harusnya episode perdana, tuh menampilkan cerita yang bagus supaya orang tertarik untuk lanjut menontonnya. Padahal ada satu adegan yang berhasil membuatku terpingkal-pingkal waktu karakter Tsukiyama Hoshino memperagakan karakter game yang mereka ciptakan. Tapi entahlah, hal tersebut nggak sukses membuatku ingin melanjutkan episode berikutnya. DROP!!
